We will present initial concepts to the client, again keeping them absolutely central to the process, explaining what each idea represents and how it could work for them.   • Execute - Once the client has selected their chosen concept the team set to work on the final product. Working on an agreed timeline they will deliver the project on time and to the very highest standards. There is an open channel of communication maintained at all times to ensure the process can evolve if the client’s requirements change for any reason.
  • Evaluate - Once the final product is delivered and live we undertake a process of evaluation with the client to establish if we have met all of their requirements. This is undertaken throughout the rest of the process as well, at every stage, so this is the final check to measure their overall satisfaction. If certain measures of performance were set at the initial stage of the project we will monitor the results and stand accountable. Everything learned at this stage is logged for use and reference throughout our future relationship.
